Through the request form we receive your name, phone number and, optionally, email, event type and a comment. Technical visit data is collected separately: device type, browser language and the pages you viewed.

Contact details are needed to reach you about your request, agree the details of the event and prepare a quote. Technical data is used only in aggregate form to improve the site.
4.Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a request, and to perform a contract if the cooperation goes ahead.
5.Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It may be accessible to our hosting and analytics contractors strictly to the extent needed to run the site, and to state authorities in cases required by law.

Request data is kept for as long as it is needed for communication and for meeting our obligations, and is deleted once that need is gone.
