Starter packages
Choose how long the robots stay on site. They work in scheduled appearances with technical breaks — that keeps every activity stable, safe and at its best.
Short Show
up to 2 hours on site
One or several striking appearances, photos, a basic scenario. 20–60 minutes of active programme.
Experience 4H
up to 4 hours on site
A series of appearances: welcome, interaction, photos, a stage or stand block.
Full Event 8H
up to 8 hours on site
Full-day presence on a timeline, several activities and extended support.

These are starting rates for a standard programme in Lviv. The final price depends on the date, venue, duration, robot line-up, scenario, branding, preparation complexity and logistics. For other cities transport and, if needed, accommodation are quoted separately.
Prices are quoted excluding VAT.
What the base price covers
- The robot or robot set in the agreed configuration
- An operator and technical support for the whole programme
- A standard brief and basic adaptation of the programme
- Timeline preparation and a safe working zone
- Delivery within the base logistics for Lviv
- Setup, a test before going live, and teardown
